Our salon is directed and trained by two of New Zealand’s most awarded talents – Michael Beel and Chinney Yeap.
We believe that hair has no gender. Our pricing is tailored to your unique hair type, the time required to achieve your desired look, and the expertise of our staff. Guided by either your stylist or our front-of-house team, we’ll determine the necessary time for your specific hair needs.

Our next-generation stylists have 2-3 years of experience in hairdressing. With a basic skill set in colouring and cutting, they are now looking to develop their skills and experience further. Because of this, timeframes may be different than expected. The pricing reflects their current experience level, yet you will still receive exceptional quality hairdressing that offers excellent value.

Blow-drying and Styling

Whether you want sleek and smooth, voluminous waves, or something in between, experience a professional blow-dry that leaves your hair flawless and fabulous.
Blow-dry styling from $69 – $99. Includes the use of hot tools.
Express styling – fast, fun and affordable party hair. Arrive with clean dry hair. Appointment time is 20-30mins.

Colour corrections and bespoke
Our prices are ‘start from’ as no two colour corrections or bespoke colours are the same. Big changes often call for extra product and deep diving into your hair’s history. At Salute we consult, do test strands when required and pre-quote prior to any major colour service. We will also require you to sign our waiver to agree to all the changes discussed and agreed upon.
A deposit will be charged prior to this service, which will be redeemable upon your service.

What is a bespoke colour?
These creations can be a combination of balayage, baby lights, tip-outs, Scandi hairline, colour blocking and so much more!

Extra charges
Our prices are ‘start from’ as there will be extra product charges for longer-than-usual hair or thicker-than-average hair. This will be quoted prior to your service.
